SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via USPS first class. Orders are packed and shipped at least once per week. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees your order may incur. Packages will be marked as merchandise and accurately described on the customs form.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY:
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it for the cost of shipping. Returns are accepted; buyer pays shipping. We cannot offer free shipping for returns or replacements because our items are sold at or near cost and it would be a loss for us. Please reconsider purchasing from us if you are not willing to pay for shipping in these instances.
REFUNDS:
For returns, we will refund the cost of the item(s), but not the cost of shipping. Tips cannot be refunded.
