REGARDING SHIPPING:

In the midst of the global pandemic, delivery may be delayed by two weeks or more. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in these exceptional times. 

If your order has not arrived in 3 weeks (domestic) or 6 weeks (international), you may contact us on twitter at @thacoolmerch or by email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. 

Please keep in mind that we cannot refund shipping costs, and additional shipping must be paid at the buyer's expense for replacements. Our full refund policy can be found on the Shipping/Returns page.

SIMPLE EXPORT RATE:

We now offer Simple Export Rate for international buyers! It is significantly cheaper than standard shipping to some zones. However, it does not include insurance, so think carefully before choosing this option. 

UPCOMING PRODUCTS:

Preorders for the rest of the intoner crests should be open in late January. Shipping is expected in February or March. 

We are considering making pins themed after the archons in Genshin Impact, lanyards and rubber straps based on Shulk and Melia from Xenoblade Chronicles, and even some SINoALICE merch. Stay tuned!
